The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. If you email me, I use what you send to reply.
Who we are
Limbrick Consultancy LLP is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, number OC425170, with our registered office at 14 Connaught Avenue, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 6LS.

Visiting this website
Cookies. This website does not use cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
Analytics and tracking. None. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking or advertising tool.
Server logs. Like almost every web server, ours records each request it receives: the IP address it came from, the date and time, the page requested, the browser type and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and to diagnose faults. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors, and we do not share them. They are kept for retention period to confirm.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Google’s handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.
If you email us
We use your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us in order to reply. If we go on to work together, we use it to deliver that work.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where you are asking about working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Email is held in Microsoft 365. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and after that only for as long as we are required to keep business records.
If you are a client
How personal data is handled in the course of a piece of work is set out in the agreement for that engagement.
Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. The only organisations involved are those that provide our services: Microsoft for email, the company that hosts this website, and Google for fonts as described above. Microsoft and Google may process data outside the United Kingdom under their own published terms.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. In some circumstances you can also ask for it in a portable format. To do any of these, email neil@limbrickconsultancy.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, we would welcome the chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If what this website does with personal data changes, this notice will change with it, and the date at the top will show when.
